However, we also understand that you may have a valid reason to want to return your item(s). This is why we strive to make the return process simple and free.

Contact us within 90 days of your purchase, and we will provide a FREE shipping label for your return.

Start a return

To start a return process, email a request to support@amplerfilters.com with the subject line “Return Request for Order # ……”.
In the email state what you want to return and the reason why.
Attach supporting documents and/or photos when applicable.
- Please attach photos if the item(s) are damaged or unusable.

After receiving your request

We will inform you if we will process your refund automatically, or if you first have to ship the item back to us to get a refund.
We will provide a FREE prepaid label for your return.

Get your refund

Once the item is delivered to us, your refund should be processed within 3 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and funds are usually available within 3-5 business days.
